Advertising: Picture Validation Process Ads may be subject to a picture review process at our discretion, which may use automated tools to check for authenticity. Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring all images, videos, and other materials comply with our rules and all applicable laws. If we detect attempts to deceive, such as altering pictures, videos, or other content using editing tools, we’ll notify you and may reject or terminate your ad. Advertising: Travel Itinerary Guidelines Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring their travel itineraries are truthful and comply with all applicable laws. Itineraries may be reviewed at our discretion, potentially using automated tools, to check for appropriateness. Misleading itineraries, such as listing unfeasible locations, daily travel over 150 km, or frequent same-day changes to appear in multiple places, are prohibited. Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring their content complies with anti-discrimination laws, which prohibit unfair treatment based on race, ethnicity, or nationality. Content may be subject to a review process at our discretion, which may involve automated tools to identify such violations. Advertisers and users are solely responsible for ensuring their content, including posts, reviews, and messages, does not mention or promote the use, sale, or possession of illegal drugs. This also includes emojis that imply or suggest drug use or availability. Content may be subject to a review process at our discretion, which may involve automated tools to identify such violations. Including drug-related content is strictly prohibited and may result in content removal, or account suspension. Allegations of illegal drug activities must be reported to law enforcement for investigation, not included on our platform.

Advertising: Payment
Advertising payments are non-refundable once a Review process begins, which may start at our discretion when RealEscort evaluates submitted ad content. Funds added to your RealEscort wallet are non-refundable and can only be used on RealEscort.
A 5% fee applies for currency exchanges within the wallet.

Advertiser: Wallet credit is for urgent access when direct payment isn't possible.
Repay credit within 3 days, using this service implies agreement to repay.
If you don’t repay on time, we’ll let you know and give you a reminder. If still unpaid, we may suspend your ad, close your account, or blacklist you. We may also take steps to recover the debt if needed.

If there’s a delay or issue (e.g., technical problems), we’ll notify you via email and resolve it as soon as possible. Advertising: Refund Policy
Advertising payments are non-refundable once a Review process begins, which may start at our discretion when RealEscort evaluates submitted ad content. To cancel or request a refund, contact support before any review process starts. If a review has started, you can still contact us to explain your situation, and we’ll review your request. Refunds may be issued in exceptional cases, such as RealEscort’s failure to process the ad due to internal errors. Refunds can only be done via Wire transfer/Bank transfer. Advertising: Website Uptime Guarantee
We strive for 24/7 service and provide extra service days if the website is down for a full 24-hour period (from 00:00 to 23:59 CET). We’ll notify you via email and add the extra days to your ad’s active period automatically. You can contact us within 7 days if you disagree with the compensation. For disruptions beyond our control, see Limitation of Liability (Section 7).

Advertiser Account Closure & Data Retention:
Accounts that are terminated will lose all data, ads, wallet credits, and everything else, as outlined in User: Consequences for Breaking Rules (Section 1). Some data will be deleted after 2 years, except for financial data (e.g., transaction records, account details) which is kept for 7 years, as detailed in Maintenance & Data Clean-up (Section 10).

- Always maintain a respectful and polite tone when interacting on our platform.
- Honesty and kindness are essential in all interactions.

Violations, Penalties, and Usage Terms:

Engaging in Deceptive Activities:
- Breaking our Terms of Use, Use Policy, or Rules by participating in scams, fraud, or illegal activities will result in immediate and irrevocable termination of your account. All associated settings, payments, and data will be permanently lost. Any existing or future accounts, advertisements, or activities linked to, influenced by, or affiliated with you will also be terminated. Offenders face a 2-year ban from accessing or utilizing our platform.

Violation Policy:
- We maintain a strict policy against deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal behavior, with immediate termination for severe violations (e.g., scams, fraud). For minor violations (e.g., fake pictures), RealEscort may issue a warning via the support center mailbox, allowing correction within a specified period. Failure to comply escalates to account suspension or termination. Termination decisions are subject to internal review at RealEscort’s discretion.
- All account settings, payments, and associated data will be permanently lost upon termination.
- Users are responsible for checking and responding to support messages promptly. Ignoring communications does not absolve users from consequences.

Ban Policy
Banned users and advertisers who create new accounts before the completion of their two-year ban will face an immediate renewal of the two-year ban. All new accounts will be terminated, and all associated payments, settings, and related data will be forfeited and non-refundable.


Scammers Will Be Ignored:
- Following account termination for deceptive activities, no further communication from violators will be acknowledged or responded to under any circumstances. Violators are provided sufficient information in mailbox to understand the seriousness of their actions and consequences.

Responding to Support Communications:
We’ll notify you via the website, email, and your online mailbox about important messages from RealEscort, including system, support, or administrator communications. We can see if you’ve read the message. If you’re an advertiser with an active ad, you must respond within 24 hours after reading the message, as urgent issues (e.g., content issues) need immediate action. If you don’t reply after one reminder (sent after 12 hours), we may suspend your ad right away. For all other users, please respond within 3 days after reading the message. If you don’t reply after one reminder (sent after 1 day), we may suspend or terminate your account.

Ownership & Accountability for Posted & Uploaded Content As stated in Rule 2, you are fully responsible for all content you post, including text, links, contact information, videos, and images. Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring their content complies with all applicable laws and our platform rules. Content may be subject to a review process at our discretion, which may involve automated tools to check for appropriateness. By posting, you grant RealEscort a non-exclusive, revocable license to use, display, and store your content for platform operations, which terminates upon account deletion, except for data retained for legal compliance (see Section 1). Respect copyrights and trademarks, and post only content you have rights to. If you break this rule, we may remove your content or suspend your account, and we’ll notify you. Approved content will be linked to your account and cannot be deleted while the ad is active, to ensure transparency on the platform. Logs:
Deletes system logs older than 2 years, except for logs related to financial data, which are kept for 7 years.
